Three years ago, if you asked dear old me to work in customer service-field, I would probably had laughed hard at your face and mock such questions.

Time passed, and something inside me changed. The man three years ago that would ridicule such job had gone. Come forth the man seeking to help others in a way I previously would thought “less glamorous”.

I might only be in the industry for a short time — two years one month in the time of writing — yet never before I felt that something I do can give out impact so big that it can turn someone’s face muscle downside up.

This might be only the tip of the iceberg. What lies beneath can be either scarier or even more challenging. But then again, what’s life without challenges?
